Description
Measure the telomere length of your white blood cells - Granulocytes and Lymphocytes in particular. Your results will be compared the mean for your age.
This is, as far as we know, the only telomere length test available to the general public in the world, unattached to any other costly services. We all started out from an egg with telomere lengths which varied from one another, but because of a mechanism which Dr Fossel argues must 'reset' gene expression patters to an initial state at conception, these initial differences among us, which still play out to some degree in our telomere measurements today, may be of less aging consequence than initially believed.
Also, there is some chance that Astragaloside IV may actually lengthen telomeres, and it would certainly be useful to find that out. There are reports that a related synthetic molecule, TA-65, offered by TA Sciences, has lengthened telomeres in their customers. If Astragaloside IV does the same, it would be the first time in human history a natural supplement has done this.
